Final Volunteer Info session this Sunday!

It takes a village to run a festival, and we’re seeking a range of enthusiastic volunteers to help bring Fringe 2020 to life! We’ve been accumulating recruits over summer, and this is your last opportunity to sign up for an awesome festival experience.

The Mount Gambier Fringe Festival is a cultural event that embraces acceptance and diversity. It provides the opportunity for all artists to participate, shine and be bold, and for the community to experience art that thrills, challenges and provokes curiosity. Right in their own backyard…

From production to artist support, poster distribution to ticket sales, there are plenty of ways you can help us deliver the region’s largest arts festival in March 2020.

We need people with all types of skills and interests to help out across the 2 main days of the event, March 20th and 21st. Our volunteers need to be 18 years or older, energetic, enthusiastic and reliable.

You don’t need to commit to hours and hours of volunteering – we know that our volunteers are busy people!

Fringe Mount Gambier launches with the Lift-off street party on Friday 20 March 2020 in the CBD, then leads you on an adventure to Fringeland in the Cave Garden on 21 March for a showcase of the arts, before taking you on a tour of various venues throughout Mount Gambier for a week of free and ticketed events.

Roving acts, cabaret, dance, comedy, live music, visual art, magic and more, the city will burst with creative performances and workshops suitable for all ages.

Come to the final Fringe Mount Gambier Volunteer Information Session on Sunday February 16th at 11am at the Mount Gambier City Hall, entry off of Cave Gardens, to find out more about the exciting volunteer opportunities available at the 2020 Fringe.
